Melissa Joy Johnson ( born April, 1963) is an American singer, pâtissière, writer and editor for Serendipitous Magazine. She began her music journey at church singing with her siblings. She is the youngest of six children. She recorded her Melissa tape 1985 in Virginia. Her heart warming singing gift is enjoyed at church, concerts, conferences, retreats, camps, funerals and weddings. Her social platform is worldwide.
She has an earned AA degree in Biblical Ministry. Married in 1981 to Mike Johnson. He is an ordained minister. They are serving together over 40 years full time in local church. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren all followers of Christ. Her love for her Savior is heard through her singing voice that connects with her listeners.
