Sometimes Alleluia

A Song of Praise and Thanksgiving

The word Alleluia is one of the most beautiful expressions of praise found in the Bible. Derived from the Hebrew word Hallelujah, it is a combination of "hallel" (which means praise) and "jah" (a shortened form of Yahweh, the name of God). This simple yet powerful word has been sung for centuries as a way to glorify and lift up the name of the Lord.

A Melody of the Heart

Music has the incredible ability to stir our souls, and Alleluia is a song that speaks to the heart of worship. This gentle and uplifting melody encourages us to turn our hearts toward God in thanksgiving, no matter where we are in life’s journey. From childhood to adulthood, from moments of salvation to milestones of faith, Alleluia is a song of gratitude:

Children coming to Christ, a ministry that touches hearts, the opportunity to share the gospel—each of these is a reason to lift up our voices in Alleluia. We remember that all good things come from Yahweh, our loving and faithful God.
